These terms cover the Seventh Nap website, its artist portal, and demo submission tools. By using these services, you agree to follow these website rules. If you do not agree, please stop using them.

You must be legally able to use these services where you live. If you are below the age of majority, a parent or guardian must help you use account and submission features where permitted by law.

Use accurate information and an email address you control. Keep sign-in links, your inbox, and account access secure. Do not impersonate someone else or share access to another artist's account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access, or if you want to close your account.

Choose a release plan and review its current rules, formats and deadline. Plan-specific originality, AI or sample restrictions are stated in that plan. We record the rules and website terms accepted at submission. A later proposal to move a track to another plan requires the primary submitter’s confirmation.

Only submit music, artwork, links, and information that you are entitled to share. Obtain permission from collaborators and anyone whose material or personal information you include, and identify any samples or other third-party material.

Submitting lets our team access and listen to the material to assess your demo and contact you about it. Submission alone does not authorize public release or promotional use of your music.

We choose what to review and release. A submission does not guarantee acceptance, feedback, a reply by a particular date, playlist placement, or audience results. Keep your own copies of everything you send; the portal is not a backup service.

The music, artwork, text, logos, and other content on this site are protected by intellectual property rights held by Seventh Nap or the relevant rights holders.

You may browse, listen using the available features, and share links to our public pages. Availability on this website does not give you permission to re-upload, redistribute, sample, sell, or use music or artwork in videos, advertising, or other projects. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holder unless applicable law already allows your use.

• Do not submit unlawful or infringing material, malware, spam, or misleading information.
• Do not harass others, collect their personal information without permission, or misuse submission and contact tools.
• Do not bypass sign-in controls, access another person's data, disrupt the site, or overload it with automated requests.
• Do not scrape or bulk-download the catalog or uploaded materials. Ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages is allowed if it respects access restrictions and does not disrupt the site.

Links to streaming platforms, social networks, and file-sharing services lead to services run by others. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We do not control their content, availability, or handling of your information.

To report suspected infringement or harmful content, email hello@lofi.fish with the relevant page or file URL, a description of the issue, your contact details, and information showing your authority to report it.

We may ask for more information and restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a report. Please provide accurate information and avoid including unnecessary sensitive documents.

We may update, pause, or remove website features, and restrict accounts or submissions that breach these terms or put the site or its users at risk. You can contact us to ask for a restriction to be reviewed.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every file or link will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

We may revise these website terms and will update the date above. For material changes affecting existing accounts, we will provide a notice on the site or by email as appropriate and seek renewed acceptance where required. Changes apply going forward.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. Please contact hello@lofi.fish about a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not remove any rights to remedies or courts available under applicable law.
